um no lol otherwise the wizard community wouldn't be so strict about the use of underage wizardry. I recommend you watch Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

No, that's one of the first things they establish in the books AND movies. Have you ever even read or watched them? Seriously, it's hard to miss.

Some do. For instance, Harry's aunt and Uncle knew he was a wizard because Lily was a witch. And any wizard or witch who marries a muggle would probably have to tell them eventually. But generally no, they don't. It''s only if they have some kind of relationship with a witch or wizard that they would know.
